Your Christmas Party Guests Will Love This Rhubarb and Cream Cocktail

Delicious cocktails are one of the best things about the Christmas holidays, and we’ve finally reached the time of the year when we can drink as many as we want without feeling guilty about it. Deciding which cocktail to make for your friends and family can be tough, though, so it’s a good idea to have a proven recipe or two you can use when you’re out of ideas. Save this recipe for spicy rhubarb and cream cocktail for such occasions and try it as soon as you get the chance; we promise you’ll love it!

Ingredients

  • Rhubarb gin, 40ml
  • Half & half, 75ml
  • Egg white from 1 egg
  • Clove
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grate some nutmeg and clove and put in the fridge for anywhere between three and 48 hours.
  2. Put all the ingredients except cinnamon in a shaker.
  3. Shake until you get a smooth cocktail, then strain into glasses.
  4. Use cinnamon to decorate.
