BBQ Chicken Marinade

Barbecue sauce is super easy to make and it really transforms chicken. For this recipe you’ll need to combine 2/3 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 clove grated garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt, and several grinds of ground black pepper.

Chimichurri Chicken Marinade

This speciality of Argentina and Uruguay works well for thighs or breasts and it’s made by combining 1 cup packed parsley leaves, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 4 scallions that are cut into 1-inch pieces, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 cup olive oil, zest of 1 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt, and several grinds of ground black pepper.

Teriyaki Chicken Marinade

Teriyaki chicken is great in stir fry and it’s as simple as combining 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup canola oil, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, 1 grated garlic cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt.
