Add Ginger To Your Favorite Dishes For Huge Flavor

Ginger is a root that was originally grown in Asia but is now used worldwide. Not only is ginger amazing for digestion, it has anti-inflammatory properties that help with achy joints, as well as sore muscles, and more. Adding ginger into your favorite dishes provides you with all these health benefits and more, not to mention a ton of delicious flavor.

Curry

No curry is complete without some ginger. When it is freshly grated, there is no better smell on earth. A good way to incorperate into your day to day curries is by combining it with garlic and a spicy pepper and cooking that for a bit with the spices you’re planning on using. This will provide a huge burst of flavor and provides a great basis for your curry.  

Soup

If you’re making a soup with an immersion blender, you should definitely start using ginger! Since the soup will be blended anyway, you can throw in a couple of chunks of ginger into your favorite soups like, carrot, pea, or even tomato!

Salad Dressing

Nothing spices up a salad quite like ginger. Combining it with soy sauce for a dressing is a really healthy way to kick your salads up a notch.
