Apricots are a divine stone fruit that is best eaten during the summer. These small golden fruits that have a soft skin, a solid inside that has a sweet but slightly tart taste. You can use these fruits in so many applications, so pick some up at the market and try them out in these fun recipes!

Apricot Jam

Start your morning off better with fresh apricot jam. Just boil apricots with water and sugar until everything melts together into a thick jam. Spread it on muffins or toast and treat yourself!

Grilled Apricots

Grilled fruit only makes them more complex and sweeter, and the same is true for apricots. Just toss them on the grill for a few minutes on each side, and they’re done! You can then use them in many ways, such as on top of ice cream for dessert, in a salad with arugula and goat cheese, or in a grilled fruit salad.
