If you’ve never tried a fruit pizza before, what are you waiting for? It makes the most deliciously colorful dessert you can imagine, and it’s great fun for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated sugar cookies
  • 8 oz. (1 package) cream cheese, allowed to soften
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup apple jelly

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350°Farenheit.
  2. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
  3. Break up the cookie dough in the pan, and press it down evenly at the bottom of the pan. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, until golden brown. At this stage, the center of the dough will still be soft but will set when it’s cooling. Allow to cool completely (approximately 30 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
  5. Arrange fruit slices over the cream cheese.
  6. Stir the jelly until it’s smooth and spoon or brush over fruit.
  7. Refrigerate until cool.
  8. Cut into wedges or squares to serve.
