Hawaiian Salmon and Rice Bowls

Ingredients:

  • One sliced fresh pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1/4 C of soy sauce
  • 1 C of Teriyaki marinade
  • 2 Tspn honey
  • 3 skinless and boneless salmon fillets cut into cubes
  • Sesame Seeds to taste
  • 1 C rice
  • Oil to taste
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut salmon into small cubes and sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. Fully coat the salmon pieces in the mixture.
  4. Grill the salmon and pineapple or sauté on the stove.
  5. Once the salmon and pineapple is cooked, place it over the rice, and garnish with sesame seeds.
