How to Cook Easy Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Chicken can be prepared so many different ways and if you’re one of those people who have a lot of chicken its always nice to discover new ways of preparing it to spice things up (quite literally!) Chicken fits into almost any meal plan and nutrition restrictions; it’s economical, low in fat and super easy to prepare. So if you’re bored with your same old recipe, add delicious honey mustard grilled chicken to your menu plans.

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  2. 1/4 cup honey
  3. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  4. 1 teaspoon steak sauce
  5. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill for medium heat.
  2. In a shallow bowl mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard sauce for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate and grill chicken over indirect heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until juices run clear. Baste occasionally to prevent burning.
