How to Make Bourbon Spiked Hot Chocolate

You’ll need:

  1. 4 cups of milk
  2. 8oz dark chocolate with high cocoa content
  3. 3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  4. A pinch of cinnamon
  5. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  6. 4 tablespoons bourbon (you can also use whiskey or rum)
  7. Marshmallows

Heat the milk on medium temperature and add pieces of chocolate, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until the chocolate melts, then add vanilla. Mix in the liquor of preference. Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows. Serve while it’s hot!
