Trends come and go but we have a feeling this is one you’ll want to hold on to. What can be more satisfying than the combination of a crispy buttery crepe and tasty, filling eggs? Don’t be intimidated. It’s much easier than you may think, so let’s jump in.

For this recipe, you’ll need green onions, some lunch meat, carrots, a bit of wheat flour, milk, salt, and pepper.

To get started, you’ll want to chop the onion, lunch meat, and carrots into very small cubes. Once you have those ingredients prepped, get a medium-sized bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Give it a good stir with a fork or chopsticks so that the ingredients are combined and there aren’t any lumps from the flour.

Next, prepare a medium-sized pan. Place it on medium-high heat and coat with cooking oil. Evenly spread the batter on the hot pan using a ladle. For a fun twist, you can sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top. Let it cook for a few minutes and then flip the omelet-crepe to cook the other side. Once the batter is fully set and the crepe has a nice color, slide it on a plate and repeat the process until you’re out of batter. Enjoy!
