Instead of going out and buying different solutions from the pharmacy, make your own at home! Many of these drinks only have a few ingredients, and most you will already have at home. Lemon Ginger Tea

This tea is both delicious and super helpful for a sore throat for many reasons. First, the lemon has vitamin C, which helps build up your immune system and helps get rid of your sore throat faster. The ginger has antioxidants that help with bacterial infections, so by drinking it your throat will be cleansed. To make the tea, simply boil some lemons with ginger root for about 10 minutes. Pour it into a mug and squeeze in some extra lemon.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has been given to people as a health tonic since ancient times. Nowadays, you can find it in every grocery store, and most likely you already have it at home. To make it into a drink, mix 1 tablespoon in with 1 cup of warm water.
