Quick And Easy Pizza Dough Recipe

What’s great about pizza is that you can customize the toppings to your individual taste. It’s a simple and fun meal that you can make with friends and family any day of the week. Here’s a no-frills recipe that will be the perfect base for your pizza adventures. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg white flour
  • 4 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 8 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 ⅔ cups of room temperature water

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. 
  2. Create a dip in the middle and add olive oil, salt, and two cups of water. 
  3. Mix the dough until combined and flexible. Continue adding in the remaining water until the dough is combined and flexible. 
  4. Sprinkle the dough with flour and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave the dough to rise in a warm, dry place for 30 minutes. It should be just about double in size during that time. 
  5. You’ll have enough dough for 4 small pizzas or 2 big ones. 
  6. Next, just add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. 
  7. Once you’ve added your toppings, bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
