Ingredients

1 onion
50 g butter
2 fillets of chicken breast
150 ml white wine
800 gr spinach
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
600 ml water
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 vegetable stock cube
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 bunch of finely chopped dill
juice and peel of 2 lemons
2-3 finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons mustard
salt and pepper

Instructions

Begin by cutting the chicken into small cubes and then add the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Clean and wash the spinach, then season it with salt. Use your hands to divide it into pieces.

Grab a pot and add 2 spoons of olive oil in it. Set the stove to medium temperature.

Cook the chicken then, put it in a bowl, mix it with the butter, including the garlic and the onions at the end. When the onion becomes transparent you can put everything back in the pot.

Pour 3 tablespoons of flour and add the white wine. Cook for 2 minutes. Include the dill, spinach, and green onion. Include the water, cover the pot and let it cook for 35 minutes.

While it’s cooking, combine the lemon juice, peel, pepper, mustard, dill, and salt in a bowl. When the meat is done, cover it with the sauce slowly.
