These super easy to make crackers will make your guests smile as early as the first bite. They are great as an afternoon snack or to accompany a night of drinking. Just don’t expect any leftovers, they are almost addictive.
Ingredients
100 g all-purpose flour
150 g Parmesan cheese
100 g soft butter
20 black olives (without pits)
Instructions
Chop the olives into small strips
Grate the Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, mix the butter with the Parmesan, the flour, and the olives
Create a long round roll and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Preheat an oven to 180 C
Cut the roll into slices of approximately 1 cm thick each and lay each one on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
