Ingredients
- 2 cups of raw broccoli
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 12 cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
- Finely slice the broccoli and place in a large salad bowl.
- Dice the garlic clove and add this to the broccoli.
- Halve the tomatoes and add these to the bowl.
- Mix the oil, honey, vinegar and lemon juice together to make a dressing. Dress the salad.
