Fish dishes are a great source of vitamins and omega-3 and can get lots of your protein into your diet. White fish can sometimes be a bit dry, however, but you can boost their flavor by making a sauce to go with them. Here’s a recipe for a coriander-based sauce that will go great with your fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh coriander
  • A large handful of mint leaves
  • 1/2 a cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Lime juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Using a blender or food processor, combine your fresh coriander and mint leaves with your yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, and garlic.
  2. Season your coriander sauce with salt and black pepper, and adjust seasoning according to your preference.
  3. To use with fish, one method is to grill or bake your fish and then to drizzle your coriander sauce over your cooked fish before serving. You can also use it as a dipping sauce.
  4. This sauce adds a zestiness and earthiness to your fish, but it will also go great with chicken or seafood or can be used in salads.
