This Healthy Pancake Will Become Your Go-To Breakfast

If you’re looking for the perfect breakfast that is healthy, filling, quick to make, and satisfying, look no further. This healthy “pancake” is the type of thing that you can eat day after day after day and not get bored of it. Which is good, because once you try it, you won’t want to stop.

Ingredients

  • One egg
  • A tablespoon of whole wheat flour
  • A tablespoon of oats
  • Baking soda
  • A few drops of vinegar
  • Milk

Instructions

Putting together this pancake is pretty much as easy as it can be. Just mix all of the ingredients together until the batter has the consistency of, well, pancake batter. Use a tiny bit of oil to grease up a pan and warm over medium heat. Pour the batter to create one big, thick pancake. Cook until one side starts to bubble. Flip and cook the other side.

You can serve it with whatever toppings you want, like fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries) or sweetener (agave, maple syrup, Cool Whip), although we find it tastes good even on its own. The best part is that cooking it should only take you ten minutes or less, and you’ll be feeling satisfied and energetic all morning.
