Bell Pepper

A lot of people stuff bell peppers with rice and ground meat for dinner, but why not crack an egg into one instead for breakfast! All you need to do is cut a bell pepper lengthwise and take out the seeds. Crack in an egg and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 425F for 8-10 minutes.

Avocado

Avocado and eggs are always a match made in heaven, so combining them only makes sense. All you need to do is cut an avocado lengthwise, scoop out a bit of the flesh, and crack in an egg. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and bake at 425F for about 15 minutes.

Tomato

This recipe is super fun because you don’t often get to use a tomato as a bowl! Cut the top off a tomato and scoop out the flesh. Crack in an egg and season with salt and pepper and bake at 400F for 7-9 minutes.
