These almond cookies are full of taste and really quick to make. As there is no flour needed, they are a great solution for people who are gluten intolerant.
Ingredients
- 200 g of grounded almonds
- 100 g sugar powder
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon rose water
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk the egg white until you get soft and airy foam.
- Add the grounded almonds, sugar powder, baking powder, and rose water and knead using your hands until you can a soft dough.
- Create small balls of dough and place them on a baking tray.
- Preheat an oven to 175 C and then cook the cookies for 12-15 minutes until they are golden.
- Let the cookies cool before serving them with some warm cup of tea. Enjoy.
