Try These Gluten-Free Almonds Cookies

These almond cookies are full of taste and really quick to make. As there is no flour needed, they are a great solution for people who are gluten intolerant.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of grounded almonds
  • 100 g sugar powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk the egg white until you get soft and airy foam.
  2. Add the grounded almonds, sugar powder, baking powder, and rose water and knead using your hands until you can a soft dough.
  3. Create small balls of dough and place them on a baking tray.
  4. Preheat an oven to 175 C and then cook the cookies for 12-15 minutes until they are golden.
  5. Let the cookies cool before serving them with some warm cup of tea. Enjoy.
