Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 potato
  • 6 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
